Maintenance of appliances and equipment: Maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic appliances and other equipment in the building, such as air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems.<\/p><p>4. Exterior cleaning: Cleaning and cleaning the glass facades and exterior facilities of the building, including pressure cleaning to remove stubborn dirt.<\/p><p>5. General maintenance services: repairing small damages to the building such as water leaks or weather damage.<\/p><p>6.
